Hey, I’m Gillian! and not too long ago, I was in the exact position you’re in, right now.

Nine+ months ago, my then-fiancé Joe got down on one knee, and suddenly I was navigating the wedding world as a bride myself (woah, it’s scary out there). We got married in October 2026, and it was the BEST day of my life. That said, even after a decade of photographing weddings, nothing could’ve prepared me for just how FAST the day would fly by until I experienced it myself.

I've always loved observing people in love. Who brings out the goofy side of the other, who breaks first during an editorial portrait, and all the little things that make two people them. But now, more than ever, I understand how precious those fleeting moments really are. And how important it is to have someone paying attention while you're fully living them.

Because when the music stops and everyone heads home, I was left with little fragments of a day that somehow went by in a blink. A familiar perfume or a certain song might take me back for a moment, but the photographs let me return to it all, again and again.

My approach is rooted in documentary truth, shaped with an editorial eye for design, and carried out with a genuine care and respect for the people around me. Think editorial influence, not interference.

As a documentary photographer, keeping a posture of readiness throughout your wedding day changes the gallery from expected moments captured as you might expect, to, “I didn’t even know that happened!!” Always paying attention, always anticipating, and always looking for the in-between moments that most people miss.

  • I don't book anything beyond 12 months and limit the amount of bookings I take on each year. My priority is each client's experience and being 100% available for my couples! If you're interested in hiring me for your wedding, please reach out! I’d love to chat!

  • While I don’t offer video in my current packages, I have several professional associates that have expressed wanting to offer my specific couples discounts for a chance to work with us! If you’re interested, let me know in your inquiry so we can continue the conversation.

  • Ain’t no thang! Every client, couple, and event is different! We’ll chat about what you like (and don’t like) when it comes to different images before your big day so that I have a good understanding of your personal taste, and you can trust me to make the best creative decisions to preserve your memories for years to come!

  • Absolutely! I have travelled all across the US and beyond, am always excited to hop on a plane, or take a road trip your way! Depending on location, we'll create a quote that gets me there to shoot your day!

  • Of course I always do my best in making you look and FEEL the best version of yourself, but at the end of the day, I still want you to look like you, so I follow the 3 Day Rule: If it wouldn’t naturally disappear, couldn’t be removed, or applied to or from you in three days, it stays. Stubborn acne, bruises and scrapes can go, but your tattoos will remain. Brightening of eyes and teeth are dependent on lighting, and I will adjust those as I see fit to accurately account for the moment! You're stunning, love.

    In case something is distracting, or would normally not be there, I will use my photoshop wizardry to remove objects! There's a fine line between the purely photojournalistic approach and "clean, editorial" one, but that's why I love to mix my galleries up!

  • Absolutely! I understand that planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, and want to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Once the 50% retainer is paid, we're officially booked and can set up payment plans that work for you.
